Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Honeybear Hideaways and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Period: The giveaway entry period begins on May 1st, 2024 and ends on May 7th 2024 at 12 AM EST. All entries must be received by May 7th 2024 at 12 AM EST on the closing date to be eligible.
  3. How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the entry form provided on the official giveaway page at Honeybearhideaways.com. Only one entry per person per day is allowed. Any attempt to use multiple email accounts or identities to enter the giveaway will result in disqualification. . Participants can earn additional entries by engaging with Honeybear Hideaways’ official social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. To qualify for these additional entries, participants must follow Honeybear Hideaways on each respective platform and interact with designated giveaway posts as instructed. Each interaction, such as likes, comments, shares, or reposts, will count as an additional entry. The number of additional entries per participant may be limited, and eligibility criteria apply.
  4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the closing date.
  5. Prize: The prize consists of a 3-day, 2-night stay at Honeybear Hideaways in one of our select luxury cabins. The prize does not include transportation or any other expenses not specifically mentioned. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
  6. Reservation: The winner must book their stay at least 14 days in advance, subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply. The prize stay must be completed within 12 months of the winner being notified.
  7. Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Honeybear Hideaways to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
  8. Privacy: All personal information collected during the giveaway will not be shared with third parties.
  9. Disqualification: Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the entry deadline will be disqualified. Honeybear Hideaways reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unlawful behavior.
  10. General Conditions: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Honeybear Hideaways, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
