Six bedrooms, six private bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, and a whole lot of fun under one roof. Blue Summit Sports Lodge has an indoor pool, hot tub, mini golf, pickleball, a half-court for hoops, and a theater with a PS5, so the kids never run out of things to do and the grown-ups finally get to relax. It’s tucked into the quiet Sevierville hills with mountain views all around, away from the Parkway traffic but an easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokies.
The space
– Local compliance requires a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and either a $47 damage waiver or a $1,000 refundable security deposit. Everything is handled through our simple, app-free guest portal.
– Check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM.
– The registered guest must be 18+ and present at check-in.
– No parties or events, no pets, and no smoking indoors.
– Please supervise kids at the pool and hot tub. No glass or oils, and replace the hot tub cover after use.
– Cell service can be spotty in the mountains, but Wi-Fi is available at the lodge.
– Wildlife sightings are part of the charm here. Please don’t feed the bears!

We’re happy to welcome pets at our designated pet-friendly cabins. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the guidelines below:
• Up to two house-trained dogs or cats are permitted per stay, each under 75 lbs (no exotic pets).
• Proof of current vaccinations is required at the time of booking for all pets.
• Property-specific pet fees apply. These fees do not cover excessive cleaning or any pet-related damages.
• Pets must remain off furniture and beds and be crated when left unattended inside the cabin. Closing a pet in a room is not a substitute for crating.
• Pets must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times outdoors, in compliance with Tennessee’s state leash law and for their safety, as wildlife is common in the Smokies.
• No pets are allowed in pools, hot tubs, or on outdoor furniture.
• All pets must be healthy, flea-free, and parasite-free before arrival.
