Military Appreciation

1. Eligibility:

Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older.
Employees of Honeybear Hideaways, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible.

2. Giveaway Period:
Starts Start Date & Time, e.g., Sept 12, 2025, 12:00 PM ET Ends End Date & Time, e.g., Sept 15, 2025, 12:00 PM ET

3. How to Enter:
Complete the required survey to receive one entry.
Bonus entries can be earned by liking, commenting, or sharing the giveaway post on social media.
Entering on multiple platforms increases chances (maximum of one entry per platform).

4. Prize:
One (1) 3-day, 2-night stay at Beary Boujee A-Frame for the winner.
One (1) 3-day, 2-night stay at Boujee Burrow A-Frame for the friend nominated by the winner.
Each cabin will include a Smoky Mountain-themed gift basket.
Stays are subject to availability and must be redeemed within 6 months of notification. Major holidays excluded.
Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection & Notification:

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the giveaway closes.
Winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the survey within 3 business days of the giveaway close.
Winner must respond within 3 days to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions:
Honeybear Hideaways reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent, incomplete, or violates these Terms & Conditions.
By entering, participants agree to allow Honeybear Hideaways to use their first name and entry content for promotional purposes.
Honeybear Hideaways is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or social media platform outages.

7. Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants release Honeybear Hideaways and its affiliates from any and all liability, including personal injury or property damage related to the prize.

8. Privacy:
Data collected during the survey will be used for marketing and giveaway administration purposes only.

9. Governing Law:
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
