Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) – Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) – Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin is beautiful inside and out. Everything was very clean and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The upgraded appliances were a nice touch. Anything you could ever need was there. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub and listening to the sounds of nature. Overall a 10/10 stay! We can’t wait to come back!

The house/modern cabin is beautiful. We loved the privacy of the location. The kitchen is very well stocked if you intend to cook, very nice appliances and amenities. The indoor pool is awesome! Finally, the hosts are very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!
