Tucked among the trees in Sevierville, Kuma Manor by Honeybear Hideaways is a modern mountain retreat featuring an all-season indoor pool, billiards, skee-ball, and a private theater room. Enjoy treelined views, elegant interiors, and spacious gathering areas that blend luxury and comfort. This peaceful escape offers the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway. Wi-Fi is available, though the mountain signal can be a little “on Smoky time” perfect for unplugging and enjoying the peaceful views.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) – Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) – Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of our favorite local spots.

Guests receive a digital guidebook with local recommendations, check-in details, and insider tips from our HoneyBear Hideaways team. All linens, towels, and starter supplies are provided, and the cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival.
We kindly ask guests to review the house rules before booking. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter or during inclement weather. Pets are welcome with approval and a fee of $350 per pet (two-pet limit).

• No glass near the pool or hot-tub
• Do not sit or stand on hot tub covers (damage fee: $1000)
• Pregnant women and guests with health conditions should consult a doctor before use

• No refunds for weather, early departures, or road conditions
