Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) – Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) – Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account – it’s a safe and secure website. Every stay at Kuma Manor includes thoughtful touches to make your experience effortless from the moment you arrive. Guests receive a digital guidebook with local recommendations, check-in details, and insider tips from our HoneyBear Hideaways team. All linens, towels, and starter supplies are provided, and the cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival.
We kindly ask guests to review the house rules before booking. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter or during inclement weather. Pets are welcome with approval and a fee of $350 per pet (two-pet limit).

This home is brand new and they went above and beyond to provide for guests! Home was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. We had a great stay celebrating Thanksgiving with plenty of room for family and lots of kids! Alex was super fast to reply when we needed anything and we enjoyed the beautiful home! Only thing that was frustrating was we tried to check in early and were denied - no big deal! But we asked again to check in about an hour in advance and they said people were still there cleaning but we pulled up cause we were close by and no one was there. We sat in our car with our 3 small children for an hour until our code activated at check in time. We understand an early check in wasn’t allowed - just frustrating to be there and not allowed in even a few minutes early when the home was clearly ready.
